After creating your account, begin your enrollment and carefully complete each step below:

Initial Step:
Go to Master Data → Add New Enrollment and fill out the required fields before proceeding.

  • Step 1 – Student Details: Enter your personal information.
  • Step 2 – Parent/Guardian Information: Enter your parent’s or guardian’s details and contact information.
  • Step 3 – Educational Background: Indicate your undergraduate degree, previous school, and academic history.
  • Step 4 – Document Requirements: Upload the necessary documents for verification.
  • Step 5 – Attestation & Data Privacy: Confirm that all information provided is accurate and agree to the Data Privacy Policy.
  • Step 6 – Examination: Schedule and take the required admission or entrance examination, if applicable.
  • Step 7 – Admission Fee: Settle the admission or application fee.
  • Step 8 – Subject Enlistment: Select your subjects and preferred schedule.
  • Step 9 – Tuition: Review your assessment and proceed with tuition payment.

📄 Admission Requirements for Freshmen

📌 Freshmen (New Students)

Please prepare the following initial requirements (submitted upon enrollment): 

  • Grade 12 Report Card 
  • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate 
  • 2x2 Picture 
  • Good Moral 

Please prepare the following final requirements (submitted after enrollment): 

  • Form 137 

📌 Freshmen (Old Students)

Please prepare the following initial requirements (submitted upon enrollment): 

  • Grade 12 Report Card

📊 Grade Requirements for Freshmen

For Board Courses: 

  1. BS Civil Engineering 
    a.) A minimum senior high school grade point average (GPA) of 80. 
    b.) A minimum final grade of 80 in Math and Science subjects. 
  2. BS Psychology 
    a.) Applicants must have a SHS General Average of 80% or higher. 
  3. BS Accountancy 
    a.) Applicants must have a SHS General Average of 80% or higher. 
    b.) Applicant must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 85% or higher. 
  4. Bachelor in Secondary Education 
    a.) Applicant must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 85% or higher. 

For Non-Board Courses  

  1. BS Entrepreneurship 
    a.) A minimum senior high school general average of 75% or higher. 
  2. BS Business Administration 
    a.) A minimum senior high school general average of 75% or higher.
